นักวาดจะเริ่มงานหลังจากที่ลูกค้าจ่ายมัดจำ 50% ของงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องจ่ายมัดจำภายใน 3 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้งเรียกเก็บเงิน หากมีเหตุสุดวิสัยสามารถแจ้งกับทางนักวาดเพื่อขอยืดระยะเวลาได้ในระหว่างนั้น แต่หากไม่มีการติดต่อหลังจากผ่านไป 3 วัน นักวาดจะขอเก็บค่าเสียเวลาที่ลูกค้าชำระเงินล่าช้าเพิ่มวันละ 100 บาท

Work process will start after the client paid a deposit 50% of the work.

Client is required to pay the deposit within 3 days after receiving the billing notification. If there is a force majeure event, you can notify the artist to request an extension of the period during that time. But if there is no contact after 3 days, the artist will request to collect an additional $5 per day for the time lost due to late payment by the customer.

ลูกค้าสามารถขอแก้งานได้ 3 ครั้ง หากเกินกว่านั้นจะขอคิดค่าแก้เพิ่มครั้งละ 100 บาท

หากต้องการแก้งานหลังจากงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ นักวาดจะขออนุญาตคิดเพิ่มครั้งละ 500 บาท

แต่หากลูกค้าพบว่าทางนักวาดได้ทำให้ผลงานนั้นมีข้อผิดพลาดด้วยตัวของนักวาดเอง จะไม่มีการเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มแต่อย่างใด

ไม่มีการเก็บมัดจำใดๆเพื่อจองคิว ลูกค้าจึงไม่จำเป็นต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆหากต้องการยกเลิกคิวก่อนที่นักวาดจะเริ่มงาน

หากลูกค้ายกเลิกงานกลางคันหลังจากที่ได้จ่ายเงินมัดจำมาแล้ว จะไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงลูกค้าจะไม่ได้รับไฟล์ใดๆจากนักวาด

หากลูกค้าไม่มีการตอบกลับใดๆหลังจากนักวาดได้ส่งอัพเดตงานภายใน 3 วัน คิวของลูกค้าจะถูกยกเลิกทันนมีโดยไม่มีการผ่อนปรนใดๆ และจะถูกขึ้น blacklist ไม่ให้สั่งงานใดๆจากนักวาดเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน

Customers can request up to 3 revisions. If more than that, an additional revision fee of $5 will be charged for each revision.

If a client wants to edit the work after the work is complete. The artist will request permission to charge an additional $15 per time.

There is no deposit required to make a reservation. Therefore, customers do not need to pay anything if they want to cancel the queue before starting the work.

If the customer cancels midway after paying the deposit. No deposit will be refunded at all and the customer will not receive any files from the artist.

If the customer does not respond within 3 days after the artist has sent a work update, the customer's queue will be immediately canceled without any relief and will be blacklisted from ordering any work from the artist for 3 months.

Customers should carefully check their own contact channels. Because if the artist cannot contact the customer Your queue will be canceled immediately.

Prices shown are for personal use only. For commercial purposes it is x2 from the normal price.

Work related to Vtuber or any work that is directly or indirectly related to receiving donations will be considered to commercial uses.

Commission will be made according to the booking order. If the customer wants to cancel or postpone the queue Please notify the artist 1-2 weeks before your queue.

All work will be taken as a sample for commission and all the work with the watermark will be uploaded on the artist's social media page. If the customer does not wish to disclose the work, they can notify before the work begins and there will be an additional service charge of 50% of that work.

However, if it is a work that can be posted within the specified time, there will be no additional cost.
